Inderjit is passionate about making a difference for women from marginalised communities, a commitment that comes from her own life experiences and entrepreneurial roots. Inderjit has over 25 years of experience in leading work across the community and voluntary sector, in particular women’s organisations to strengthen community cohesion and embed sustainability. 

She is a qualified and experienced community development practitioner as well as a manager, instrumental in developing a women’s centre in the Midlands. 

She has carried out business diagnostics, coaching, and bespoke sessions with leaders from community and voluntary organisations to embed and strengthen social innovation and entrepreneurship. Inderjit has extensive experience in setting up projects and programmes in supporting women from marginalised communities to achieve their potential.
