What is it?

Leadership is evolving - but not without tension.

For decades, leadership has centred efficiency, control, and hierarchy. Today, there is a growing shift toward collaboration, emotional intelligence, and trust. Yet without the right support, it’s easy to revert to traditional leadership models, specially in uncertain economic and organisational climates.

Leadership Reimagined is a two-day immersive programme designed to help leaders move beyond outdated approaches and develop the mindset, tools, and confidence to lead in more inclusive, sustainable, and impactful ways.

Grounded in feminist and intersectional thinking, the programme explores how leadership can actively challenge inequality, reshape power, and build organisations where people truly belong and thrive.

Why This Matters

Leadership training, particularly for women and marginalised groups, remains limited. At the same time, workplace pressures and economic uncertainty can reinforce transactional and exclusionary leadership styles.

This programme creates space to:

  • Reflect on your own leadership journey and relationship with power
  • Challenge dominant leadership norms and assumptions
  • Build skills for navigating complexity, conflict, and difference
  • Lead with purpose, accountability, and integrity

The exploration of power and what it meant in the workplace (and to women specifically) was something I will most definitely be thinking about for some time and I’m sure I will find it useful when strategising, making decisions and working with senior leaders and peers.
