General Delivery Information

Each seller sets the delivery cost and method for their items. While the majority of products are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, delivery methods may vary depending on the seller.

Most items are dispatched within 3-5 business days; however, the exact delivery times may differ. To ensure clarity, each seller’s delivery terms, including estimated dispatch times, are displayed on the individual product pages.

General Returns Information

  • Sellers’ Returns Policies: Each seller may have a unique returns policy, clearly outlined on the sellers' page and product page. Please review these policies to understand the terms for returning or exchanging items. Each seller on the WRC Online Shop is responsible for establishing their policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns for every item they list for sale. Sellers can offer varying policies or choose not to accept returns on specific items they sell.
  • No Returns Accepted by the WRC Shop: The WRC Online Shop itself does not accept returns or exchanges except where we are legally obligated to do so, such as in cases of faulty or damaged goods.

 

When You Can Return an Item

  • Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may be eligible for a return or refund in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of the item, including photos of the issue. If you have received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us. We will work with you and the seller to resolve the matter.
  • Right to Cancel: Under UK law, customers can cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item. If you choose to cancel your order, please notify us at [email protected] to arrange the return and refund. However, this may not apply to custom-made or perishable items or other exclusions outlined in the seller's policy as a private individual selling via the WRC Online Shop.

 

Exclusions

  • Items By A Private Individual: Products produced and sold by private individuals, rather than registered businesses, are not covered by a Right to Cancel or a 14-day Cooling-off Period.
  • Custom, Personalised or Made-to-Order Products: Many of the items in our shop are custom-made or handmade by independent sellers.
  • Perishable Goods: Products like food, beverages, or items with a limited shelf life.
  • Personal Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, personal care items like cosmetics, earrings, and bath products are non-returnable.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us: For any returns or issues, please email [email protected] or contact the seller directly through the details on your dispatch note.
  2. Provide evidence: When requesting to return a faulty or damaged product, include a detailed description of the issue and clear photographs with your email.
  3. Seller’s decision: Sellers are not required to accept returns, exchanges, or provide a refund unless stated in the return policy on their listing. Based on their policy, the seller will determine the appropriate steps for handling your return request.
  4. Return shipping: You may have to pay the cost of posting something back to the seller unless the item is faulty. Any returns must be packaged securely for shipping to avoid items getting damaged. You may be liable to pay if you have reduced the item's value or returned it in a condition unsuitable for resale. Getting a certificate of posting or shipping receipt is recommended as proof of when you shipped the item.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed according to the seller’s terms. Based on the card processing times, please allow time for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Question About an Item: You need clarification about a product before or after purchasing.
  • No Response from Seller: The seller hasn't responded to your query about a return after three business days.
  • Unresolved Issue: The seller responded but hasn't provided a resolution (e.g., they will accept a return, but you don’t know where to send the item or haven’t provided return instructions).
  • Refund Not Processed: You returned the item, and it's been confirmed as delivered back to the seller, but they haven't processed a refund by the deadline.
