  7. Leading by Example: The concept of leading by example struck a chord, prompting me to set boundaries and demonstrate the significance of self-protection, boundaries, and prioritising supervision and self-care.

  8. Facilitator Impact: The facilitators' varied experiences enriched the training, ensuring everyone had a chance to contribute and making the learning experience inclusive and engaging.

  9. Resourceful Materials: The distribution of slides and materials allows for revisiting and sharing knowledge long after the training, providing ongoing support and reference.

  10. Desire for More Sessions: While thoroughly satisfied, an opportunity for improvement would lie in more sessions, allowing for a deeper dive into suggested topics and further enriching the learning experience.
