Our Work Leadership Programmes Feminist Leadership Leadership Reimagined Women's Resource Centre is delighted to introduce its new leadership training programme: Leadership Reimagined This training invites participants to explore a transformative approach to leadership - shifting from old paradigms of control and hierarchy to new ways of cultivating agency, collaboration, and shared vision. Rather than positioning leaders as managers of systems or gatekeepers of change, we’ll explore what it means to recognise the inherent strengths, aspirations, and capacities already present in individuals and communities. True leadership, as we will uncover, is less about creating power for others and more about helping people reclaim their own. Through interactive learning, reflection, and practice, participants will: Contrast traditional models of leadership with emerging approaches centered on equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Develop skills to reimagine systems instead of merely managing them. Learn how to create conditions where diverse voices and perspectives can step forward and shape collective action. Explore strategies for power-sharing, cultivating collaboration, and fostering deep shifts in purpose and culture. The future we create depends on the leadership we nurture today. This training is for those ready to move beyond directing and controlling, toward envisioning and enabling—leaders who want to help build adaptive, inclusive, and resilient futures. Based on our ever-popular Feminist Leadership programme, this training provides tools, techniques and theory on a transformative leadership style for aspiring leaders interested in building healthy, inclusive and prosperous work environments, and who want to raise their confidence in their own leadership. All sessions are delivered in a safe and participatory environment where we share creative and effective tools and solutions.
