Ruth has over 30 years’ experience in leadership and management development, coaching and mentoring and learning and development in both the private and public sector. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), has an MSc in Human Resource Leadership and is a qualified Coach. Ruth’s passion is to enable leaders and managers to create a robust environment for leadership and management, whilst building their confidence and competence in people management and development through the use of coaching and mentoring skills. She believes that for learning to be effective, this must be translated into practice and must lead to results and this is where coaching and mentoring adds value. 

Her experience is built on translating strategic vision and priorities into operational excellence, through coaching and consultancy, enabling and empowering leaders and managers to drive high performance, high quality and increase productivity. Her motivation is about enabling individuals to lay their foundations and develop and build themselves as leaders and managers.
