This is an independent evaluation report of Women’s Commissioning Support Unit (WCSU) pilot programme, commissioned by Women’s Resource Centre (WRC). 

Women’s Commissioning Support Unit (WCSU) was a three-year Pilot Programme (November 2015 – October 2018), implemented and delivered by WRC, in four regional areas including the North East, Greater Manchester, Cambridge and Peterborough, and West Midlands.

This report highlights the results and effectiveness of the WCSU pilot and evidences the structures and conditions conducive to developing women-focused partnerships.
