Returns Policy
We hope you’re happy with your Karite souffle product, but if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, you may return your online purchase to us within fourteen days of the receipt date for an exchange or credit note. We do not refund the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us (including the cost of insurance if you choose to insure the package). After fourteen days, we will only accept returns or exchanges in cases of manufacturer defect.
