Admin and Membership Officer

Organisation: Women’s Resource Centre

Closing date: 9AM, Monday 3rd January 2022.

35 hours per week (5 days a week)

Salary: £24,000 pro rata

Contract: Permanent

Are you committed to women’s rights and substantive equality? Are you an excellent administrator with an eye for detail and a head for coordinating activities and events? If so, Women’s Resource Centre, the national umbrella body for the UK women’s sector, is looking for an Admin and Membership Officer to help with the smooth running of its busy operations!

You will be highly organised with excellent administrative skills, be a clear and confident communicator who can approaches tasks with flexibility whilst meeting tight deadlines. 

This is an entry level job, as such we do not expect you to be an expert on the aspects for this job. However, we do expect you to have a willingness to learn, to show initiative and a commitment to the work and organisation.

An interest and understanding of current issues facing women and the women’s sector, particularly organisations for Black, minoritised and/or refugee women, is important.

CRM & Digital Development Officer

Organisation: Women’s Resource Centre

Closing date: 9am, Monday 3rd January 2022

21 hours per week (3 days a week)

Salary: £26,000 pro rata

Contract: Fixed term Monday 17th January 2022 – 15th April 2022

Are you committed to women’s rights? Are you experienced in developing and managing CRM systems with skills in project management? If so, Women’s Resource Centre, the national umbrella body for the women’s sector in the UK, is looking for a CRM & Digital Development Officer.

You will be able to hit the ground running, continuing the development of our online shop, ensuring a smooth launch around International Women’s Day 2022. You will be confident in your ability to manage the data migration and coordination of WRC’s Salesforce system and be a solutions-focussed problem solver. We want to hear from you if you approach tasks with flexibility whilst meeting tight deadlines. 

Due to the skills and experience required and the length of this position, we also welcome applications from freelancers and consultants who are interested in this role.
