Short job description: This is an exciting opportunity to join Women in Prison’s senior leadership team and oversee a portfolio of services that support women affected by the criminal justice system. The Regional Manager – London Services, will oversee a range of hub-based and outreach services including well-established services where they will ensure continuous improvement and innovation. The Regional Manager will also develop new services that they will have the flexibility to build from the ground up in collaboration with a skilled team of specialist staff. This position will provide strategic oversight and operational management of Women in Prison’s pan-London projects, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and staff are motivated and supported to build strategic, long-term and sustainable services. The Regional Manager will also lead on fundraising, bid writing, contract management, developing partnerships and monitoring and evaluation of projects, with considerable influence over the future direction of Women in Prison’s London services. Location: WIP Head Office (Stockwell) with some travel across London
