Job description: Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid is seeking to recruit an Executive Support Officer, a person who will help our senior leadership team to run high-quality services for survivors of domestic abuse, and who is passionate about working to improve women and children’s lives.

The Officer will offer high-quality strategic support to the CEO and Director of Operations alongside coordinating projects for the senior leadership team. In 2022/23 they will co-ordinate a project to purchase a number of flats to extend BCWA’s property portfolio. They will undertake key tasks to support the senior leadership team including researching and preparing briefings and reports, collating internal and external statistics, help to streamline governance, and any other key tasks to support the CEO and Director of Operations in the running of the organisation.

You will aid in implementing BCWA’s strategy and develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of partner agencies and assist in facilitating partnership work.

This is an incredibly varied opportunity where no two days are alike. We’re looking for someone with executive support or project management experience. Knowledge of domestic abuse and experience of working in the charity sector would be an advantage.

BCWA is a well-established domestic abuse charity in South London supporting survivors of domestic abuse and other forms of violence against women. We are seeking a motivated, flexible and experienced individual to join our team to help us deliver excellent services and tackle domestic abuse in our community.
