Job Description: Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is looking for a Development Manager to help develop the next stage of our growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, motivated leader who has strong capabilities in resource and people management, experience of fundraising, excellent communications and project management skills, and a desire to contribute to a growing organisation working within a collective, feminist ethos. The role will be responsible for leading OSARCC’s fundraising and income generation work as well as leading on some areas of strategy and identifying opportunities for innovation and development to ensure that we meet our ambition to work with all survivors, widen our reach, and meet our diversity and inclusion commitments. In particular, the Development Manager will be the senior manager lead on our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy. The post holder will form part of OSARCC’s senior management team, alongside our Services Manager and CEO. This is an exciting time to join our organisation – we have experienced several years of significant growth in order to meet the demand from growing numbers of survivors looking for specialist support. We have an ambitious strategic plan to continue to innovate and develop our service provision, particularly to reach survivors currently not accessing our services.

Salary: £34,361 – £36,461
