Job description: This exciting post will play a leading role in achieving change for survivors of domestic abuse and Women’s Aid’s federation of member services across England. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Policy and Campaigns to implement a departmental strategy, and leading a team to successfully deliver operational plans in support of the strategy. You will be working across a range of domestic abuse related policy areas, influencing legislation and parliamentary affairs, and leading campaigns based on the priorities of survivors and Women’s Aid members. The post holder will play a key role in enhancing the profile of Women’s Aid among decision makers and the public, and represent the needs of survivors of violence against women to policy makers and influencers including the UK government.

Location: Remote, role requires regular travel to London

Salary: £36,492 plus £3,415 ILW where relevant
