Job description: The overall aim of this role is to provide strategic oversight and operational management to all WomenMATTA services delivered through hubs across multiple sites in Manchester, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and maintained and budgets are appropriately managed. We actively encourage applications from women from a variety of backgrounds, and with a range of skills and experiences. We are particularly interested to hear from Black, Asian and minority ethnic women and women who have personal experience of the criminal justice system. The role is only open to women, in accordance with the sex-based exemptions of the Equality Act 2010 pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1.

Location: WIP Northern Office (Hulme, Manchester). Currently this role is part office based and part working from home due to Covid-19 and government guidelines. It may be subject to change.

Type: Full time

Salary: £31000.00
