News Jobs board Complex Needs Service Manager Organisation name : Women In PrisonJob title: Complex Needs Service Manager Website: https://www.womeninprison.org.uk/staff/vacancies.php Closing date: Midnight – 3rd February 2020 Job description: This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver a new project providing an enhanced support service to women who have experienced complex trauma and as a result are screened into the National Probation Service’s ‘Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway’. The project will take a bio-psychosocial approach to the support offered and that work together with other pathway services sharing information to provide a cohesive pathway of psychologically informed services through which women can move and progress. This position will provide strategic oversight and operational management of this pan-London project, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and maintained and budgets are appropriately managed.
