Funders are increasingly expecting organisations to have developed a Theory of Change to support their funding application. This interactive one day workshop is designed to help organisations find out what is involved in developing a Theory of Change for their projects/services and how they can evidence the impact they are making. The course will explore the theory and logic behind ToC, how to apply that to participants own organisations and how they can use it to communicate impact successfully.

Who's it for?

The course is for staff, volunteers and trustees who want to evidence the impact of their work better.
