Finance for project managers

Who is it for?

Individuals who manage projects or are looking to start managing projects, who want to find out more about finances for project managers.

What’s it about?

The course is geared towards applying practical knowledge necessary in relating recognised financial concepts for financial decision making for your projects.

The course is developed to make better use of different financial applications, such as joint cost allocation, budgeting and cashflow, full cost recovery, break even analysis.

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

·         Allocate joint costs of multi-purpose activities

·         Practice break-even analysis

·         Practice creating a budget and cashflow forecast for your project

What will I take away?

Improved understanding of allocating costs and creating budgets for your project, and being comfortable developing and monitoring financial progress against that project budget.


This course is funded for women’s organisations or projects based in London working with those affected by sexual and domestic violence. London attendees are given priority due to strict funder requirements. We will allow out of London participants providing there is space on the training course/event.
