Elevate - management and leadership training for women

From 2004 to 2006, the Women's Resource Centre led a successful partnership project providing high-level management and leadership training for women.

You can read how well it went in the final report and find out how useful it was to the participants in the case studies. Thank you to all the women who took part in the project, the trainers, partners and of course the dedicated Women's Resource Centre staff who made the project a huge success.

• The management training has really helped with my personal development and confidence building. I was told at my appraisal by my Chief Executive that the training is really making an impact on my managerial skills and that I am looking at things on a much broader scale.
