Details: The Women’s Resource Centre produced this briefing to inform women’s organisations about the law relevant to single-sex service provision. The legislation itself can be confusing due to the different rules for different areas which makes the law easy to misinterpret. The briefing aims to arm the women’s sector with a basic understanding of the impact of current legislation on their continuing abilities to provide women-only services.
