The Women's Resource Centre has produced a number of briefings and responded to a variety of consultations over the years commenting, and providing recommendations, on issues that affect the women's sector.

The consultations cover numerous topics and have been organised into themed groups:

• Women: women's voluntary and community sector, violence against women, women-only, prostitution
  
• Equalities: gender equality, equalities and human rights, social inclusion / exclusion, children and young people, disability, lesbain, gay, bisexual and trans, Black, Asian, minority ethnic and refugee
  
• Third sector issues: funding, single group funding, third sector strategies, infrastructure, volunteering, charity law, monitoring and evaluation
  
• Local government: Local Strategic Partnerships, economic regeneration, public service delivery, Greater London
  
• International: CEDAW and Beijing +10
