Women's organisations' expertise and experience mean they have valuable contributions to make to policy and public debates.

The Women's Resource Centre keeps the women's sector informed about important policy consultations and co-ordinates responses.

We do this by:

• Providing briefings on important consultations, summarising the important aspects for women's organisations
• Organising and contributing to consultation events
• Providing template responses to enable groups with limited time and resources to respond on issues that affect them and their service users
  
• Responding to consultations on issues affecting the women's sector
