WRC Policy Forum member wins campaigning award

Yeukai Taruvinga has won the Campaigner of the Year award. Yeukai is the Chair of Women Asylum Seekers Together (WAST) London and sits on Women’s Resource Centre’s Policy Forum .

Yeukai, a refused asylum seeker who has been previously detained, has been volunteering and campaigning tirelessly around the issues destitution and permission to work. Congratulations, Yeukai!
