Fawcett's
Commission on Women and the Criminal Justice System, chaired by Baroness Jean Corston, has now entered the final phase of its work, with the final report of its findings due for release in May 2009. The Commission focuses on three facets of women’s experiences of the criminal justice system – women victims and survivors of crime; women accused or convicted of criminal offences; and women working in the system.
The Commission is collecting evidence for its final report. You will find questionnaires
here aimed at organisations working with female victims of crime or female offenders; women who work in the various criminal justice agencies; and women who have experienced the criminal justice system as female offenders or female victims of crime.
