In June 2008, the Cabinet Office published Excellence and Fairness: Achieving world class public services, which detailed its aspirations for the future of public services.
The third sector’s approach to public service delivery is often described as innovative. To build upon Excellence and Fairness, they are surveying organisations to improve their understanding of what supports and drives this innovation.
The survey is intended for third sector organisations that are currently delivering public services or have been involved in their delivery in the last 12 months. The information gathered will inform the development of the government’s policy on the future of public services.
