Media training for equality groups

Do you want to know how to deal with negative media coverage of equality groups - Gypsies and Travellers, lesbians and gay men, refugees, women and/or others?

You will develop an understanding of what media relations is and how it can benefit your organisation and the frontline groups that you work with. You will equip yourself with skills to gain local and national media coverage from writing a press release to planning a great photo to dealing with negative coverage, including complaints.
