Maternity rights for women from abroad

Maternity Action has produced a set of information sheets on maternity rights for women from abroad. They cover employment rights, benefits, tax credits, UK Border Agency support and entitlement to free NHS care.

There are information sheets for asylum seekers, refugees, refused (failed) asylum seekers, European nationals, women with no recourse to public funds, women with indefinite leave to remain, and undocumented migrants.
