SPECIAL OFFER: Do you send out a lot of emails?

Building relationships with clients, peers and supporters is vital for all charities and to do that well, we need to communicate on a regular basis. With increasing pressure on budgets, email has become even more attractive. It is fast, cheap and gives instant results.

But many charities are taking a huge risk by sending bulk emails out from their desktop email tools such as Outlook. Sending emails this way can cause you to be listed as a spammer and get your IP address blocked, which is very difficult to get reversed. Since July, WRC has been using CharityeMail and we’ve found it to be a reliable and easy to use system for sending bulk emails. Because it is web based it doesn't rely on your IT systems and can be used from any internet enabled PC. It provides an online sign-up form for your website, manages unsubscribe, replies and bounces, and gives you reporting tools to show who is opening and clicking on your email.

  • For a free demonstration of the system contact Sue Fidler at sue@suefidler.com. To find out more about CharityeMail, and to read best practice guides on email marketing, go to www.charityemail.co.uk.
