The Women's Resource Centre has four categories of membership. Which one are you?
Full members
Full membership of the Women's Resource Centre is for you if:
- You are a not-for-profit organisation based in the UK
- You support the mission and aims of the Women's Resource Centre
- One of your organisation's main purposes is to raise the status of women
- You have an approved Equal Opportunities policy in place
Full members are entitled to vote at the Women's Resource Centre's Annual General Meeting and nominate candidates for our Board of Trustees.
Associate members
Associate membership of the Women's Resource Centre is for you if:
- You are a not-for-profit organisation based in the UK; and
- you support the mission and aims of the Women's Resource Centre; but
- it is not one of your main purposes to raise the status of women; and/or
- you do not have an approved Equal Opportunities policy in place.
Reciprocal members
Reciprocal membership of the Women's Resource Centre would be best for you if:
- You are a not-for-profit umbrella organisation based in the UK
- You have a membership scheme that the Women's Resource Centre could join and benefit from
- You support the mission and aims of the Women's Resource Centre
Reciprocal members can be full or associate. The idea is that we exchange memberships to alleviate the administrative and financial burdens on each other and to facilitate networking.
Individual supporters
You can become an individual supporter of the Women's Resource Centre if:
- You are a woman
- You support the mission and aims of the Women's Resource Centre
Our individual supporters are often women who support our aims but work in the private or public sectors, and women who are involved with a number of different women's organisations who prefer to have a personal membership.
